Roberto's

This is a small Roberto's next to a Circle K that took over the old Santana's location. It's open 24 hours and has a few indoor tables and a salsa bar. The drive-thru is pretty quick, but it's going to be a tight fit for larger vehicles and SUVs, so if you're rolling in with an Excursion or Escalade it's probably easier to park and go in and order. The California burrito and carne asada fries are staples of this place. Friday and Saturday nights usually have an uptick of business in the early morning hours after some of the Bay Park house parties break up and local bars close (e.g. the High Dive, Luce, Silver Spigot, etc.).
