This small taco shop in Pacific Beach is known for its cheap bean and cheese burrito (advertised on their window) and their late night drunk munchie fix. This place is a hub for trashed PB goers. Cotijas is generally busy but the wait for your food is never long. They are known for having great salsa roja and their hash brown breakfast burrito is a favorite- served all day. Seating can be tight at peak hours because there are only a handful of benches inside. The recently added airbrush paintings on the wall will keep you entertained while you wait for your food.

Sometimes you have to battle with the drunken PB goers late at night, but this place will get you in and out no matter how busy it is and their food is great. Cheapest bean rice and cheese burrito around... and the best salsa. Try the hashbrown breakfast burrito... then get ready to take a nap.
